The shearing station of the 3‑station busbar processing machine focuses on flat and neat cutting of copper and aluminum bars. It adopts high‑strength cutting blades and optimized shear gap design, realizing clean cutting without burrs, warping or deformation.

Our integrated busbar machine is equipped with stable hydraulic shearing system, which adapts to busbar thickness from 3mm to 15mm. The feeding platform is smooth and wear‑resistant to ensure horizontal raw material feeding. Limit safety devices avoid over‑cutting and improve operation safety.

Shock‑absorbing structure is installed to reduce working noise and vibration. All wearing parts are standardized and easy to replace, lowering later maintenance cost.

Cooperated with punching and bending stations, the shearing module completes whole‑process busbar cutting processing and improves overall production efficiency of the equipment.
