What tasks can the three-position busbar processing machine perform?

The three-position busbar processing machine has three independent working positions: punching, shearing and bending. It can operate simultaneously or in stages, and is mainly used for batch processing of copper bars / aluminum bars.
Drilling Station:
Process round holes, long round holes (waist-shaped holes), square holes, special-shaped holes, chamfering.
Applicable for: bolt installation, fixing holes, connection holes, etc.
Shearing station:
Cut copper bars / aluminum bars precisely according to dimensions.
Advantages: Smooth surface without burrs.
Bending station:
Can complete flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped, Z-shaped, L-shaped and other angle bending (0–180°).
Forming processes such as embossing, flattening, twisting, and edge pressing.
