The Model 503 Three-Station Busbar Processing Machine features an integrated frame design, combining a compact and stable structure with user-friendly operation and high efficiency. It allows multiple processes to be finished in a single clamping, drastically reducing material handling time and maximizing production throughput.​

The punching station accommodates various hole configurations, including round holes, slotted holes, and square holes. The shearing station produces smooth, burr-free cross-sections, while the bending station achieves precise 0–180° forming of L-shapes, U-shapes, Z-shapes, and other custom profiles—fully meeting diverse busbar processing needs.​

Powered by a precise CNC system and reliable mechanical performance, the Model 503 delivers exceptional processing accuracy and consistent repeatability, effectively ensuring the reliability and electrical performance of busbar connections.
